This problem can be caused by opening the license file from the Request License Keys page before saving the file. Note: You may receive the following error message when importing or uploading a license file in Microsoft Dynamics NAV after downloading the license file from PartnerSource Business Center: “ The file format is invalid. For more information, please see (Partner-only). Note: If you cannot see Registration keys in PartnerSource Business Center you will need to ensure that your PartnerSource Business Center access has “Can See Registration Keys” set to yes. Note: Do not open the license key before saving it as this may cause problems when you implement the license file.
